Dear Artists
Hope you are safe and healthy.
With each sunrise, we open our eyes to more uncertainty. The more you keep your mind away from the mayhem, the further it decides to take a swim in the deep-ends of misery.
It's understandable if you are unable to work in these conditions. Creating is not easy without focus and sanity. Being in isolation and a sudden change in routine could sidetrack your progress… but that’s okay.
Pawan Rochwani in a 10 minutes episode shares 5 tips on how to get rid of creative block.
It’s absolutely normal to feel exhausted and emotionally drained. We are living in uncertain times and it is difficult to cope with everything happening around us. Don’t beat yourself up if you are unable to direct your creative energies as effectively as you would want to, if you are failing to focus on work. You are not alone. And the chaos will soon subside, and just like everything else you can persevere through this as well.
Take some time off work. Do small things that provide you with joy and peace. Take one day at a time. Don’t overburden yourself with expectations and responsibilities. Yes, you must help others, you must fulfil your duties. But you must also help yourself, allow yourself the time and space to unwind. Have faith, together we will sail through!
We hope you all are taking good care of yourself and staying indoors.
